Stated previously: Dr Richards seemed rushed, but will give chalk it up to hopefully an isolated incident.

Dr Richards and his staff, particularly Georgiana were very kind, caring, and thorough with everything. I did need to contact them after the procedure because I wasn't aware that there would be some discomfort afterwards, and they got back to me right away. I didn't have to wait at all. Everything went quickly and I felt safe.
