Dr. Noam Grysman is a clinical psychiatrist who provides comprehensive psychiatric services for patients ages 65 and older or those with aging illnesses. He offers outpatient care and nursing home consultations for observations, evaluations, and treatment, which may include medication, psychotherapy, and electroconvulsive therapy (ECT).

Dr. Grysman specializes in several areas of psychiatry: dementia and behavioral disturbance; psychiatric illnesses in the geriatric population; and polypharmacy. His research interests include dementia and Alzheimer's disease.

Dr. Grysman has been widely published on geriatric psychiatry topics, such as ADHD in older adults and pharmacotherapy for Alzheimer's disease. He and his colleagues hope to better understand, assess, treat, and most importantly, prevent neuro-psychiatric illnesses.

Dr. Grysman is an assistant professor in the Division of Geriatric Psychiatry in the Department of Psychiatry and Behavioral Neuroscience at Saint Louis University School of Medicine. He is also a diplomate of the American Board of Psychiatry and Neurology.

Besides what I have already said, Dr Grysman is pleasant, polite and welcoming. He has great communication skills and is really good at his job in psychiatry. He understands what I am saying and how I am feeling. Puts me at ease and reassures me . I connected with him after talking to him 10 minutes. He really cares and wants to help.
