He explained to me the procedure being used to test my eyes. He was friendly and courteous as well,

He talked a little too fast and could slow down a little because dealing with an older person one needs to listen and process which takes a bit longer. I hope his notes are on line.

Dr. Harkins is the best eye doctor I have ever had. He is so very kind. He explains medical term/condition in a clear simple way. His calming personality puts one at ease. He is is truly living his vocation.
