great at her profession

She maybe a good doctor, but her communication to me(patient) was inexcusable. Never in 5 times I saw her did she ever call me by name. Has a huge ego.

Administration/ schedulers need to ensure she can keep an appointment or two open for patients with immediate needs or emergencies . They could also have a wait list in event of a cancellation. Please do not book her so tight and overdo it . Do not want to have her quit SSM
