Michelle always offers a variety of tips to help with any problems. She is very encouraging and gets to know the person she is working with in order to find the best way to work with them.

Very good. Explains well and repeats what I need to do for my next visit with her. I appreciate her caring to make things better for me and giving me the up lift things are going to get better and she gives the feeling she will work with me until she does everything possible.
