She was a substitute considering my urgency for care. Her only knowledge of my history was the documented information which was first reviewed during the visit.

I very much like Dr. Terrill and how she works with me. For whatever reason, she and her tech seemed out of sync that day and made the visit feel jumbled and a little uneasy. This was my first time at her new location, which I really did not like because of the automated check in and lack of human interaction to get into the room. I would give Dr. Terrill the highest rating possible but wish she was in more comfortable and friendly location.
