She was very kind she knew her stuff. She explained everything in a way you understand. She got knew who I was and what I was capable of doing. She was awesome

Melissa did a wonderful job and very upbeat with an issue that was very hard for me to get the help I needed. Her and Dawn oth worked seeing me and did well.

She is very good at what she does. Knows what needs to be done. Doesn't rush the rehab process helps me to understand the why and what of the process.
