Matthew White, PA-C

Matthew White, PA-C, is a board-certified physician assistant specializing in orthopedics who cares for patients ages 18 years and older and sees patients throughout the St. Louis metropolitan area. He treats a wide range of conditions, including arthritis, knee pain, and shoulder and upper extremity issues, and offers services such as joint injections.

His clinical interests include orthopedic surgery, sports medicine, fracture management, and musculoskeletal injuries. He is particularly passionate about guiding patients from diagnosis through recovery and helping them return to the activities that matter most to them. He also enjoys procedural medicine, including joint injections, fracture care, splinting, casting, and assisting in the operating room.

Matthew believes that great medicine is built on trust, communication, and teamwork. He strives to ensure every patient feels heard, understands their diagnosis, and leaves with confidence in their treatment plan. By combining evidence-based care with compassion, he recognizes that each patient's goals and circumstances are unique.

Matthew grew up in St. Louis, completed his undergraduate education in Atlanta, and earned his physician assistant degree in Memphis before returning home to begin his career. Experiencing different communities has shaped his approach to patient care and reinforced the importance of treating every patient with respect, empathy, and individualized attention.
