Lulu Yu, MD

Dr. Lulu Yu is an OB/GYN who specializes in minimally invasive gynecologic surgery for female patients ages 16 to 55 years old. She treats various women-related health issues, including uterine abnormalities, fibroids, and endometriosis, which can be particularly painful and negatively impact a patient's quality of life. She routinely performs advanced surgical procedures such as complex hysteroscopies as well as laparoscopic treatments for fibroids and endometriosis.

Dr. Yu works to educate her patients about their medical conditions and treatment options, so they can engage in shared decision-making to achieve their healthcare goals. She is also a dedicated advocate for patient-centered outcomes and quality improvement measures.

Dr. Yu is an assistant professor with the Department of Obstetrics, Gynecology, and Women's Health, Division of Minimally Invasive Gynecologic Surgery, at Saint Louis University School of Medicine. She is a member of the American Association of Gynecologic Laparoscopists and the American College of Obstetrics and Gynecology.
