Very caring, concerned and knowledgeable person.

I think she is doing an excellent job. She is great at finding options and exploring the benefits of each one and I can understand what choices are available easily. I don't feel like a stranger when I have an appointment with her and she is very well prepared with the data from my CPAP machine each visit. Give her a good raise because she's a keeper. :)
