Leah Gassett, PA-C, provides compassionate care at a well-established general surgery practice that offers a wide range of general surgery procedures, including robotic-assisted and minimally invasive services.

Born and raised in Oklahoma, Leah earned her undergraduate degree in biology from Southern Nazarene University in Bethany, Okla. She completed a Master of Science in Physician Assistant Studies from Oklahoma City University. Prior to joining SSM Health, Leah worked as a physician assistant and provided care to patients for experiencing burn injuries in a surgical setting. She also has experience as a physician assistant in an allergy, asthma and immunology clinic and has also been a nurse assistant.

When not caring for her patients, Leah enjoys giving back on medical mission trips.
