I felt she was a good listener and showed respect and care.

I had a serious medical complication in the office that needed immediate care. Lauren did everything necessary to make sure I was going to be alright. This included knowing an ambulance needed to be called, and I needed immediate care at the E.R. I was very scared, but Lauren stayed calm and professional. I can not thank her enough.
