She's great!! She gave me a good explanation about my situation. I was able to talk to her about my issues and she listened. And she resolved the issues and made me at ease with all of our discussions.

When you walk into a medical office you should always feel welcome with a smile and not intimidated, frustrated or go back in forth with the person checking you in.
