explained things very well ,went out of her way to try to get an echo for me but had a back up plan,,,, would definitely recommend her to others .

She was very easy to talk to and listened to my questions. I was stuck in traffic and felt I was running late (which I think time buffer is built into appt time) and I was thankful she could/would still see me!
