Dr. Kelsey Manescalco is an optometrist who offers eye and vision exams and treatment of various eye conditions. She specializes in eye care for pediatric patients, treating moderate to severe amblyopia (poor sight) using occlusion therapy (covering one eye to strengthen the other) and/or pharmacologic therapy (eye drops, prescription glasses).

Dr. Manescalco is a staff optometrist in the Department of Ophthalmology at Saint Louis University School of Medicine.

Outside of work, she enjoys playing and coaching volleyball.
