Born and raised in Oklahoma, Kelly earned her undergraduate degree in microbiology from the University of Oklahoma. She completed a Master of Public Health from the University of Oklahoma Health Sciences Center. Kelly worked as an epidemiologist for two years during the COVID-19 pandemic for the CDC Foundation. She then completed a Master of Science in Physician Assistant Studies from Harding University in Searcy, Ark. Additionally, Kelly has served as a medical assistant and scribe.
She is fluent in English, Vietnamese and advanced in Spanish.
When not caring for her patients, Kelly enjoys giving back by volunteering with local community groups in Oklahoma.
