Keely Dayton, APRN-CNP

Keely Dayton, FNP-C, is a family nurse practitioner who provides comprehensive primary care services for patients of all ages - from infants to the elderly - addressing their physical, emotional, and social needs. She sees patients for both well and sick visits, diagnosing and treating them accordingly. She also partners with her patients to educate, guide, and empower them on their health journeys.

Keely's focus is primarily on preventive health; maintaining patient records; performing physical exams; ordering diagnostic tests; prescribing medications; developing treatment plans; and treating an array of acute and chronic illnesses, conditions, and injuries. She also has extensive prior experience in multiple specialties, including anesthesia, emergency medicine, bone marrow transplant, med/surg, and geriatrics.

Keely is a member of the American Association of Nurse Practitioners. She enjoys spending time with her family and is an avid St. Louis Blues fan.
