Kaylan Bell, APRN-CNP Family Nurse Practitioner in Moore, OK

Kaylan Bell, MSN, APRN-CNP, is a family nurse practitioner in Moore, Oklahoma, who provides primary care for children and adults. She sees patients at SSM Health Medical Group on Southwest Fourth Street, helping individuals and families make informed decisions about their health.

From preventive care and wellness visits to managing ongoing health concerns, Kaylan works closely with patients to support their long-term health and well-being. She is especially passionate about women's health and helping patients achieve their weight-loss goals.

Born and raised in the Shawnee area, Kaylan began her education at Rose State College before earning a bachelor's degree in nursing from Southwestern Oklahoma State University. She later received her Master of Science in Nursing from Samford University in Birmingham, Alabama. Before joining SSM Health, she worked as a registered nurse for four years and a nurse practitioner for eight years in family medicine settings throughout the Oklahoma City area.
