Kaylan Bell, MSN, APRN-CNP, chose a career in medicine because she genuinely wants to help others. Kaylan enjoys building relationships with her patients, collaborating on their health decisions and optimizing their health outcomes. Kaylan connects with SSM Health's Mission, as she is passionate about providing exceptional care, listening to her patients and treating them with empathy and compassion.

Born and raised in the Shawnee area, Kaylan began her college journey at Rose State College in Midwest City, Okla., before completing a bachelor's degree in nursing from Southwestern Oklahoma State University in Weatherford, Okla. Prior to joining SSM Health, Kaylan served as a registered nurse for four years and as a nurse practitioner for eight years in family medicine settings in the Oklahoma City area. She is a member of the American Academy of Nurse Practitioners and the American Association of Nurse Practitioners.

Kaylan is passionate about women's health and helping patients with weight loss.

When not caring for her patients, Kaylan enjoys spending time with her family, reading, spending time outdoors and baking. She also enjoys cheering on her husband, as he coaches high school baseball and football!
