Karin Gustafson, APNP-CNM

Karin Gustafson is board certified in midwifery. She obtained her bachelor of science in nursing from the University of Wisconsin, Madison and completed her masters in nurse midwifery and women's health from Georgetown University in Washington DC.

Karin's practice focuses on holistic well woman and obstetric care. She loves to spend clinic visits getting to know her patients with an approach to clinical care that emphasizes shared decision-making and incorporates patient values and preferences. Her practice includes well woman gynecologic care, contraceptive counseling, full scope midwifery services and much more.

Karin is an active member of the American College of Nurse-Midwives and the American College of Obstetrics and Gynecologists. She is board certified by the American Midwifery Certification Board.

In her time away from work, Karin enjoys spending time with her three children - hiking, swimming and exploring northern Wisconsin in the summer and sledding, ice skating and watching movies in the winter. She also enjoys hatha and Kundalini yoga and reading novels in her free time.
