He has listened to me (completely) each time Ive time Ive had an issue, assessed that issue, and addressed it from both our perspectives w/ additional questions to me and thus demonstrating to me how to take an active part in my own healthcare. As a patient having had a prescription thrown at me w/o sufficient explanation his approach as a MD is quite refreshing AND appreciated
