John Dube, DO

John Dube earned his medical degree from Des Moines University College of Osteopathic Medicine. John's lifelong goal in becoming a physician has always been to help people. During his family medicine rotations, he was able to see the powerful impact a physician can have on their communities and more importantly their patients individually. These formulative interactions and the relationships formed through them molded John's medical philosophy of allowing patients to realize their own potential and live their lives to the fullest.

The diverse nature of primary care, with its unexpected problem solving and need to find solutions to unique problems specific to individual patient needs is something that John enjoys about clinic work. Through his various leadership experiences in undergraduate and medical school on numerous boards and committees, John has realized the importance of teamwork and how it plays an integral part to good patient centered care. The dedication and perseverance to this care for the betterment of his patients is what drives John to constantly improve himself each day.

When not working or in the hospital, John likes to spend time with his wife, nieces and nephews, outdoor activities and board games on his off time.
