Very caring experience by all staff and Jason A Davison. It was a follow up appointment after the medication change. Jason answered all the questions I had, made me feel comfortable with the instructions Jason gave.

He did nothing to help with the pain in my leg. He did not do an examination on my leg or even touch my leg. Just told me I have varicose veins and that was causing the pain. Told me to take Tylenol or Aleve. I felt like he just brushed me off and didn't take me seriously at all. Thankfully, with the help of the doctor at Hamilton Memorial Hospital Clinic, I know what the cause of the pain was and what I needed to do for the pain. That doctor treated me with respect and did not brush me off or make me feel less than.

I have already referred several people to Jason.

Jason always very professional and a likable person

Jason is trapped in a system that is broken. When you are sick, a person needs to see a doctor then, not next week. I rarely go to SSM when I'm actually sick. I go to an urgent care facility so I can get what I need when I need it. Jason is great, but you guys are very poor at dealing with patients that need to get treatment right away to prevent a condition from getting worse. When you call in and have to leave a message, you're informed that someone will get back to you within 2 business days. That kind of service is worthless.
