She was so friendly and explained everything very well and answered all my questions

She is a highly attentive physician who consistently provides comprehensive explanations to both my husband and me. For instance, she recently observed an increase in the severity of my headaches and proactively recommended an alternative treatment. Anticipating my questions regarding potential side effects, she addressed them promptly. We also discussed the possibility of requiring prior authorization to avoid any delays in initiating this new medication, although it ultimately proceeded without issue. This new treatment regimen has proven effective, and I am very grateful for her assistance.
