Dr Miller always keeps me informed with what is happening and is very conscientious that I understand and have all my questions answered. Olivia was my nurse yesterday. I cant say enough good things about her. When I became light headed she quickly took care of my needs and made sure I was OK before proceeding.

I have seen Dr James Miller multiple times over the past year and find him to be knowledgeable, thorough and professional. He is a good listener. Takes time to explain your condition and its outcome as well as your treatment plan. He makes you feel comfortable and has a pleasant bedside manner. I would recommend him as a doctor for sure, seems to be a genuinely caring person.

Dr. Miller was wonderful. He came into the room prepared with knowledge of my medical history. He showed compassion and understanding. He gave clear information regarding what he saw, specifically what would have been cause for concern and why my issue was not alarming. He told me he felt a follow-up in 6 months was a good plan, but asked for my input as well. He was also clear that if anything changes that is concerning between now and my follow-up appointment I can (and should) reach out. I was very impressed with Dr. Miller.

Dr. Miller was very thorough and professional, explaining the process of the skin check and advising me on potential issues with skin cancer.

This visit gave me confidence that we will figure out what is causing the problem, and that there are treatment choices available.

The first time I’ve ever seen a dermatologist and I was afraid they were just going get me in and out without using my full appt time to consult about other skin concerns. Dr. Miller went above and beyond to make me feel comfortable and understanding my skin concerns. He is knowledgeable, kind and a great listener. Dr. Miller had read my history and followed up on my last procedure. He did a thorough exam and was knowledgeable about what he found and knew what to proscribe for treatment. In addition, he noticed my walker and was very considerate about my movement during his exam. He was friendly and gave me the time I needed.
