Jack Test, MD, is a nephrologist, specializing in the diagnosis and treating kidney diseases and disorders for both adults and adolescents.
After growing up in Oklahoma, Dr. Test earned a bachelor's degree in computer information systems and biology from Oklahoma Panhandle State University in Goodwell, Okla. He then earned a medical degree from the University of Oklahoma Health Sciences Center. Dr. Test completed an internal medicine residency and nephrology and hypertension fellowship at University of Oklahoma School of Community Medicine in Tulsa, Okla. Prior to joining SSM Health, Dr. Test has provided care in inpatient and intensive care units. He has been published several times for his medical studies.
When not providing care for his patients, Dr. Test enjoys volunteering with high school youth through several community organizations, including The American Leadership Foundation and the Oklahoma American Legion Boys State. He enjoys offering mentorship to teenagers.
