Hope was exceptional the appointment started with wonderful introduction, full walk through of my chart. Ensured I knew what birth control I was on and happy with it. She was very personable and I would highly recommend her to everyone. I liked how she made sure to tell me all of the options but not pushy about any of them just wanted me to be knowledgeable. Plus her and the nurse were the perfect team. TERRIFIC JOB!

Among the best I have ever seen as a patient. While my disappointment with the confusing and aggressive billing practices by SSM remains, I am grateful for her excellent care. Because of providers like her, I will continue as a patient for a few more months and hope that the billing problems get sorted out so patients do not feel frightened to seek care. I personally delay seeking care as a result of the frustration of having to deal with overly complicated billing.
