Fran Karnuth, APRN-CNP

Frances Karnuth, DNP, APRN, FNP, is a family nurse practitioner who provides comprehensive primary care services for patients, ages newborn and older. She offers yearly wellness exams, sicks visits, preventative care, family medicine, women's health, and chronic disease management services.

Frances regards her patients as complex beings created in God's image and treats them as such. She combines conventional medicines with complementary therapies, while acknowledging a personal dependance on prayer. Employing an individualized approach, Frances takes the time to listen to her patients and address their health issues with compassionate guidance and understanding.

Frances is a board member at Sigma Theta Tau; Christian Medical and Dental Association; Nurse Christian Fellowship; and the Drug Enforcement Administration.

Fun fact: Frances grew up in the Northeast, where she met her Midwestern husband, before relocating with him to Southern Illinois. Her favorite thing about this area is the people.
