She's a wonderful Dr and she always listens to me and always cared about how I feel physically and mentally. I would highly recommend her to anyone who is looking for a GI Dr. I love how she is so honest when she goes over the results with me and ensures me that she's will make sure that I'm well taken care of and answer any questions that I may have. I'm so grateful that I have her as my GI Dr.

Wonderful person and great care

It was my necessary checkup in order to keep getting my prescriptions refilled. I got there and the nurse and Faye were concerned about me because I had chest pain when I arrived. It started at home while getting ready to go to the appointment. Faye called down the Emergency area and advised me to get my chest pain checked out because as my visit was going on I started feeling lightheaded. The nurses even brought me to the ER in a wheelchair.

I like Faye a lot, I know I get a provider that really listens and doesn’t push you off or rush you out. Suggests/recommends next steps. Very responsive with my chart messaging. All your ppl can take a lesson from Faye.

Faye Franklin is a very good Provider. I’m sorry about her assistant. In my very younger years, when working with physicians, I would never give my opinion about their history, or how I felt about their illnesses. Being on My Chart was supposed to be physicians being able to keep abreast of a patient’s health. Now I feel very good about my provider, however, never should an assistant tell me their position on what they feel about what is on my chart.
