Erin McKeon, MSN, APRN, FNP-C is a family nurse practitioner who specializes in endocrinology, providing care for adults 18 and older. She focuses on the diagnosis, treatment, and long-term management of endocrine conditions, including type 1 and type 2 diabetes, thyroid disorders, and weight management. Erin also offers diabetes education and support to help patients take control of their health.

With a background in family practice, pediatric endocrinology, orthopedics, and emergency room nursing, Erin brings a well-rounded perspective to her care. She is passionate about building strong relationships with her patients and believes in treating each person with the same care and attention she would give her own family.

Her goal is to partner with patients to address their health needs with compassion, empathy, and evidence-based care, while encouraging them to lead healthy lifestyles and achieve their personal wellness goals.
