Elizabeth Marsicano, MD

Dr. Elizabeth Marsicano is a gastroenterologist who treats patients ages 18 and older. She specializes in treating gastroesophageal reflux disease (GERD); esophageal motility/swallowing issues; chronic constipation; chronic diarrhea; celiac disease; Barrett's esophagus; pelvic floor disorders; inflammatory bowel disease (IBD); metabolic liver disease; hepatitis B/C; hemochromatosis; autoimmune liver disease cirrhosis; and gastrointestinal diseases in pregnancy. She also performs colonoscopies and upper endoscopies.

Dr. Marsicano aims to create a collaborative relationship with her patients to ensure optimal management of their gastrointestinal concerns through evidence-based practice, education, and mutual understanding. She works closely with her patients and their families to tailor a treatment plan that meets their specific needs and goals.

Dr. Marsicano is a founding member of the Missouri Gastroenterology Society; a member of the American College of Gastroenterology; and a member of the American Neurogastroenterology and Motility Society.
