Dustin Baker, MD

Dr. Dustin Baker is an orthopedic surgeon who specializes in pediatric orthopedics and pediatric spine surgery for patients from birth to 21 years old. He offers surgical and non-surgical treatments for pediatric spinal disorders, deformities, and traumatic injuries, as well as general pediatric orthopedics such as fracture care, limb deformity, clubfoot, hip disorders, and neuromuscular conditions.

Dr. Baker specializes in growth-friendly spine surgery, including MAGEC rods for early onset scoliosis. His additional interests include adolescent idiopathic scoliosis; neuromuscular scoliosis; kyphosis; spondylolysis; spondylolisthesis; pediatric fractures; flatfoot; Perthes disease; slipped capital femoral epiphysis; developmental dysplasia of the hip (DDH); limb length discrepancy; and cerebral palsy.

Dr. Baker is an assistant professor with the Division of Pediatric Orthopaedics in the Department of Orthopaedic Surgery at Saint Louis University School of Medicine. He is a candidate member of the Pediatric Orthopaedic Society of North America and a member of the American Academy of Orthopaedic Surgeons.
