David Westrich, MD

Dr. David Westrich is a gastroenterologist who treats patients ages 18 and older. He diagnoses and treats various gastrointestinal (GI) conditions, including heartburn, acid reflux, swallowing problems, upset stomach, upper abdominal pain, stomach and intestinal ulcers, irritable bowel syndrome (IBS), functional dyspepsia, blood in the stool, chronic constipation, fecal incontinence, and inflammatory bowel disease. He also performs colon cancer screenings, colon polyp removals, upper GI endoscopies, and lower GI colonoscopies.

Dr. Westrich provides patients with compassionate care, communicating clearly and honestly, while developing a treatment plan that matches each patient's needs and goals. His patients appreciate that he listens, is very thorough, and takes the time to explain conditions and any proposed treatments.

Fun fact: Before becoming a doctor, Dr. Westrich wanted to be a math teacher.
