Dr. Collin Chen specializes in plastic and reconstructive surgery of the face, offering care for both adult and pediatric patients. Dr. Chen has always been professional, attentive, and takes the time to listen to my concerns. My last visit before this one was in 2022. I recently began experiencing some health issues and wasn't sure what was causing them. During my appointment, Dr. Chen listened carefully, performed a thorough examination, and arranged a referral to another specialist, along with scheduling a follow-up appointment. Before I even left the lobby, his team had already scheduled the appointment with the referred physician. I really appreciated how efficient and coordinated the entire process was. Dr. Chen and his staff provided excellent care, and I highly recommend them.

I would not recommend him at all. He may be qualified in his role, but his bedside manor needs serious work.
