Carley Roth, APRN-CNP

Carley Roth, FNP-BC, is a board-certified family nurse practitioner specializing in neurology. She sees adult patients ages 18 and older and provides care to patients throughout the St. Louis metropolitan area. Carley primarily works in inpatient neurology, where she offers neurological consultations during hospital stays, and she also cares for patients after discharge through follow-up visits to support recovery and ongoing neurological health.

Carley enjoys all aspects of neurology, with a special interest in caring for patients who have experienced a stroke. In her practice, she focuses on helping patients understand their condition and the steps they can take to protect their long-term health. A key part of her work involves guiding patients through risk-factor modification, with the goal of preventing life-altering neurological events or diseases whenever possible. Her approach is centered on education, prevention, and partnering closely with patients to help them feel informed and supported.

Outside of work, Carley enjoys traveling with her husband, reading, spending time with her three cats, and cheering on her favorite football team, the Green Bay Packers.
