Dr. Aziz has been my PCP fie many years. The insurance coverage I have thru United Health Care will not recognize Dr. Aziz credentials thru SSM as a PCP only a specialist, therefore I have to pay $50 each time I see Dr. Aziz. The UHC states PCP no charge and Specialist $50. This is unfair. I have been trying to get this changed but NO help.
