He took the time to listen to all of my concerns, thoroughly explained everything in a way that was easy to understand, and never made me feel rushed. I truly appreciated how patient, compassionate, and attentive he was throughout my appointment. He also has a wonderful sense of humor that immediately put me at ease and made the entire visit enjoyable. For some reason, I expected him to be an loder guy, but when he "popped in" ready to get started and asked questions I knew I was in the right place with the right person. My daughter was with me to help with understanding and ask questions as needed and she also felt comfortable with his knowledge and his "people person" attitude!.

Both the Dr. and the nurse were calming in their assessments of my situation.
