Dr. Kilby does a great job even though SSM does not.

I have no issues with Dr. Kilby. I am happy with her care and communication. My issue is with the support staff. Someone other than Dr. Kilby should have let me know about the delay. After I saw the tech to get my eye pressure I sat in that room for 45-60 minutes until Dr Kilby came in. No one checked on me or let me know she was running late.
