Ammar Nasir, MD

Dr. Ammar Nasir is an interventional cardiologist who treats patients ages 18 and older. He performs catheter-based procedures to both diagnose and treat various heart-related issues, including cardiovascular disease, congenital conditions, and structural heart conditions.

Dr. Nasir's goal is to educate and guide each patient through an individualized treatment plan towards better cardiovascular health. He provides consultations, stress testing, angiography, peripheral artery intervention, and other interventions.

Dr. Nasir is a member of the of the Society for Cardiovascular Angiography and Interventions (SCAI) and volunteers with Humanity First, which serves socially disadvantaged individuals and families in the poorer communities and disaster struck areas of the world.

Originally from New York City, Dr. Nasir loves the Yankees, Rangers, and Jets. He also enjoys building Lego sets with his children in his free time.
