Alex Williams, PA-C

Alexandra Williams, PA-C, never forgets that the patient and his or her family members are the most important people in the room. She connects with patients by listening and understanding their concerns, fears, and priorities to reach their health goals. Alexandra connects with SSM Health's Mission of providing exceptional patient care. She is committed to continued learning in order to provide optimal patient experiences. Alexandra focuses on helping patients with dermatologic care with a focus on skin cancer and more urgent skin conditions.

Alexandra earned a bachelor's degree in biology from the University of Oklahoma before pursuing a Master of Health Science from the University of Oklahoma Health Sciences Center, College of Medicine. Prior to joining SSM Health Dermatology Center of Excellence, Alexandra served as a PA-C in cardiology for five years. She is a member of the American Academy of Physician Assistants and the Oklahoma Academy of Physician Assistants. Additionally, Alexandra is certified in plant-based nutrition through Cornell University in Ithaca, N.Y.

When not caring for patients, Alexandra enjoys spending time with her husband, who is also in the health care field, and their two children. Along with her husband, she enjoys volunteering internationally on medical mission trips. Alexandra has assisted on trips to Uganda, Keyna, Nicaragua, and Costa Rica. She is also involved locally, volunteering with the American Heart Association in Oklahoma City. Alexandra enjoys fitness, reading, and supporting local coffee shops. Alexandra served as Miss Oklahoma in 2014.
