Dr. Alexander Aria is a dermatologist and fellowship-trained Mohs surgeon. He treats skin cancer, squamous cell carcinoma, basal cell carcinoma, melanoma and rare skin tumors. His services include Mohs micrographic surgery, skin cancer surgery, surgical scar revision, laser surgery, and cancer wound reconstruction.

Dr. Aria's research interests include skin cancer in skin of color, skin cancer treatment, and wound healing.

His mission is to provide patient-centered care that improves lives through the use of the most up-to-date skin cancer surgical techniques.

Dr. Aria is an assistant professor in the Department of Dermatology at Saint Louis University School of Medicine. He is a member of the American Academy of Dermatology and American Society for Dermatologic Surgery.

Outside of work, Dr. Aria is an avid marathoner and rock climber.
