Agnes Lewis, APRN-CNP

Agnes Lewis, NP-C, is a board-certified nurse practitioner specializing in cardiology. She received her Bachelor of Science in nursing from Cebu State College of Nursing in the Philippines and her Bachelor of Science in adult nurse practitioner from Maryville University.

Before joining SSM Health Heart & Vascular Care, Agnes worked as a cardiothoracic nurse practitioner at SSM Health DePaul Hospital. In this position, she cared for cardiovascular adult patients in their immediate post-operative period and planned and discussed care plans with patients and their families within in-patient and outpatient settings.

She is a member of the American Academy of Nurse Practitioners. She is fluent in Filipino-Tagalog.
