Tessia Childs, APRN-CNP

Tessia Childs, MSN, APRN, NNP-PC, is a board-certified nurse practitioner working in the Level IV NICU at SSM Health Cardinal Glennon Children's Hospital. She received her Bachelor of Science in Nursing from Bethel College and her Master of Science in Nursing from University of Alabama at Birmingham.

Tessia has a special clinical interest in peripherally inserted central catheters placed by ultrasound and the pain management that follows this procedure. She also has an interest in the long-term developmental outcomes after the NICU and nursery clinic follow-up.
