Joseph Brunworth, MD

Dr. Joe Brunworth treats patients for ear, nose, throat, head, and neck conditions. He specializes in pituitary and other skull-base tumors, rhinosinusitis and other nasal problems, and general otolarynogology. He performs surgery for sinusitis, nasal tumors and skull-base tumors. He also specializes in dacryocystorhinostomy to treat tearing.

Dr. Brunworth applies the latest technological developments in his field, including nasal endoscopy, image-guided surgery, and minimally invasive procedures.

Research interests include steroid use in sinus disease, atypical facial pains, confocal scanning electron microscopy in rhinologic research, and clinical outcome research.

Dr. Brunworth is an assistant professor in the Department of Otolaryngology-Head and Neck Surgery at Saint Louis University School of Medicine.

He is a member of the American Rhinologic Society, the American Academy of Otolaryngology, and the North American Skull Base Society.

An avid traveler, Dr. Brunworth has lived in Spain, Italy, Argentina, Central America and Australia.
