Lisa Merritt, APRN-CNP Nurse Practitioner, Pediatric Nurse Practitioner, Pediatric Otolaryngology in O Fallon, MO

Lisa Merritt, DNP, CPNP-PC/AC, is a board-certified pediatric nurse practitioner who cares for children from birth through age 18 and sees patients throughout the St. Louis metropolitan area. She evaluates and treats a wide range of ear, nose, and throat conditions, including recurrent ear infections, hearing loss, nosebleeds, sinus issues, tonsillitis, airway and voice disorders, tongue tie, and obstructive sleep apnea, with special expertise in infant tongue and lip tie and pediatric sleep apnea.

Lisa performs a variety of in-office procedures to provide convenient, effective care, including nasal endoscopy, laryngoscopy, foreign body removal, nasal cautery, earwax removal, and tongue and lip tie release (frenotomy), including in-office treatment for infants with feeding difficulties.

She is passionate about delivering compassionate, evidence-based care that improves children's health and quality of life while supporting and educating families every step of the way. Lisa partners closely with families to provide individualized, thoughtful care that helps each child thrive.

Lisa serves in the Department of Otolaryngology-Head and Neck Surgery, Division of Pediatric Otolaryngology at Saint Louis University School of Medicine. She is a member of the National Association of Pediatric Nurse Practitioners, the American Nurses Association, and the Society of Otorhinolaryngology and Head-Neck Nurses, and has participated in numerous medical mission trips to Central America.

Outside of work, she enjoys boating with her husband and family.
